Robert J. Pachence, Jr. --- Managing Director

Mr. Robert J. Pachence, Jr. is Managing Director of Ambassador Financial Group, Inc. (AFG) a FINRA licensed fixed income broker-dealer.

Mr. Pachence has a wide range of experience in the financial services industry and currently oversees the strategic direction and management of Ambassador Financial Group, Inc. Mr. Pachence provides investment banking and fixed income investment services to banks, insurance companies, and other middle-market institutions.

From 1996 to September 2006, Mr. Pachence was an executive with a boutique registered broker/dealer located in the Lehigh Valley, PA. As a Senior Bank Analyst, Mr. Pachence specialized in analyzing community banks’ financial statements for past performance, current position, and future potential. From this analysis, it was his responsibility to advise senior management and boards of directors on specific strategies and tactics to enhance shareholder value. It was also his responsibility to analyze banks’ investment portfolios and make recommendations to maximize their balance sheets’ risk/return profiles. He attempted to meet earnings goals while managing sensitivities to interest rate risk, liquidity risk, optionality risk, and credit risk.

Prior to Mr. Pachence’s promotion to Senior Bank Analyst, he was the Senior Municipal Trader for the boutique broker-dealer. His primary responsibility was to oversee the trading of bank-qualified municipal bonds and recognize value within the market. This task was accomplished by co-developing a network of over 90 broker/dealers to transact business as well as by understanding clients’ needs. He was also responsible for establishing lines of communication between banks and the firm’s municipal trading desk to assist in clients’ purchases and sales of municipal bonds.

Mr. Pachence holds his Series 24, 7, and 63 licenses from the NASD and graduated from the University of Scranton in 1996 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics.

Mr. Pachence and his wife, Colleen, have two sons – Robbie and Andrew. On a personal note, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing the guitar, and is an avid sports fan.
